Build a Strong Relationship With Your Candidates
I would say this is the most important part of being a Recruitment Consultant – speaking with candidates on a regular basis and throughout the whole recruitment process - keeping them informed at every stage.
Find a common ground if you can, be personable and approachable at all times – at the end of the day the candidate is coming to you for help in their search for a new position.
The more the candidate feels valued the more they will be loyal to you – you never know when a candidate may become a client and who are they going to remember!
