My client, a well-known Utility specialist is looking to recruit an Administrator to join their busy and fast paced team. You will be based out of their office in the Chatham area.
The role will be 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8.00-4.30
You must be well organised, highly motivated, committed individual with excellent administration skills.
On a day to day basis you will be supporting the Senior Managers and the Field Team.
You will provide general administration duties including: -
Organisation and preparation of invoices
Data Input onto spreadsheets
Responsible for the holiday and sickness administration
Update and processing of timesheet
The selected candidate will;
Have previous experience in a similar role
Excellent Excel skills
Be well organised and able to prioritise workload
Have good communication skills
Be able to work well under pressure and to changing requirements
Be accurate and have good attention to detail
