With an expanding presence in Northern Ireland there is a need to recruit an Office Manager to bring control to a busy and expanding operation.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for the:
•Coordination and management of processes within the office
•Supporting Senior Managers with company requirements.
•Administrative support and application,
•Financial activities such as invoicing
•Coordination and correlation of analytical tasks
•Completion of data reports using Microsoft Excel
•Experience in a similar Office Manager role or equivalent.
•Previous experience of working in technical industry or similar would be an advantage
•An understanding of finance including invoicing
•Good communication skills at all levels.
•Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and changing requirements
•Ability to manage your own workload and be accurate with a good attention to detail
