Product Marketing Manager

​Working in partnership with this highly regarded manufacturing group, we are looking for an experienced and innovative Product Marketing Manager.

With operations throughout the world this group of Companies has seen significant growth over the years. With a number of sites in the local region, they have a long and established history here in Greater Manchester.

Role Purpose:

As the Product Marketing you will be responsible for the entire product and communications strategy across the UK and EU.

Main Responsibilities:

Managing the effective delivery of marketing campaigns and provide/present marketing strategies to the CEO/General Manager
Delivering a range of product focused marketing campaigns and sales enablement material
Online campaigns, design/print & production, presentations and the development of various marketing collateral
Coordinate the production of event and exhibition collateral
Deliver marketing literature, including brochures, leaflets, and award entries
Measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness
Creating marketing and social media materials that communicate product features and target key decision makers
Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point
Communicate the vision and value of new products to the market and develop sales and marketing tools that facilitate the selling process
Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments.
Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data
Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy, blog posts and copy for public relations
Developing and maintaining the product roadmap
Detailed research and analysis of brand / product competitors with an aim to maintain the company's trusted premium status, improve best practice and boost sales

About you:

3-5 years’ experience in B2B marketing and project management
An undergraduate degree in marketing or business studies is preferable
Be able to demonstrate digital marketing knowledge and ideally be able to demonstrate substantial experience in building brand plans & product marketing within the construction sector.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skill both internally and externally
Have the ability to translate complex and technical information into simple, concise and high impact messages
Previous experience and/or good understanding of construction products.
Knowledge of relevant building regulations & standards, building insulation & passive fire protection would be beneficial.
