Drawing from more than two decades of experience in the recruitment industry, Lisa will work with clients across the UK assisting them to find the very best talent to complement their business. She is passionate and always focused in helping her clients identify and ultimately secure their most valuable assets: their business talent.


Jenny Millar – Recruitment Manager

Jenny is our recruitment Team Manager. With over 6 years of experience in the recruitment industry Jenny has established expertise in the permanent and temporary solutions and is rapidly developing our expanding finance and accountancy sector. Jenny is passionate about the team and takes an active lead in their career and development.


Tracey McDermott – Consultant

Having gained solid experience in fast moving environments, Tracey was attracted to the FJA team due to the focus on the quality of service we provide our clients and candidates.
