​To support our growth we have now finally moved into our new offices. Our Managing Director took the decision that to continue the FJA journey we needed new facilities that will provide our team a modern, fresh working environment. Our new set up boasts state of the art interview booths and conference space. Should our clients now need to do off site interviews we are able to accommodate all requirements that they have. It also provides new space that will help us attract the leading recruitment talent to our business. Our Managing Director has said “this is an exciting time for the business and team. Our new home will allow us to integrate state of the art recruitment practices in an environment that is fresh and vibrant” – Lisa Greenhalgh, Managing Director ​

Mental Health at Work, we're all in it together

Finlay Jude Associates Limited understands that at these testing times with lock down, uncertainty and the 'new normal', Mental Health is a top priority for the business. Its OK to talk, don’t be a stranger, express your feelings in confidence, the team are here support you and more importantly care for each other. We have engaged with leading training providers in this field and appointed two Mental Health Ambassadors in our business to ensure that support is always there. Our Managing Director has said “its not just the physical, but our mental health, that as a business we need to care for. No one in the business is a stranger and we all support each other. With the Ambassador appointment we can only cement this support for the team” Lisa Greenhalgh - Managing Director.
