Screening & Selection
Suitable candidates are called for initial telephone screening, matching their skills, fit and commitment to the specified criteria. Suitable candidates will complete a full registration process.
Reference, Ticket and Certification Checking
Comprehensive checks are carried out and the following information is held on our database.
•Proof of ID and eligibility to work in the UK
•All certifications are checked
•Work Permit, if required
•Confirmation & follow up
We will select the most suitably qualified candidates and whenever possible undertake face to face interviews utilising best practice interviewing techniques. We will present your business professionally to candidates with background information on the role, culture and environment. You will be presented with a short list of candidates with detailed information on their background and experiences.
After agreement on the short-listed candidates, we will co-ordinate interviews with you and the selected candidates, and receive feedback from both parties in a timely manner. Interviews can be held at your premises or at our offices.
Making the Offer
We will advise the successful candidate of the offer and act as the liaison point for you regarding salary negotiations, offer letter and contract, length of notice period, commencement date and any specific induction details or requirements. Once the formal job offer has been accepted in writing by the candidate we will advise unsuccessful candidates promptly.
We will follow up with you and the candidate after commencement in the role to ensure there has been a smooth transition for you and the employee.
