Exam results day can be one of the most stressful days in a young person’s life, however whether your results are good or not what you had hoped for, it will not define the rest of your life.

“Everybody is a genius but if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid” – Albert Einstein

Your grades do not determine your potential.

It has become increasingly popular in recent years for school and college leavers to enter Traineeships or Apprenticeships rather than sixth forms and University, as they are no longer the only way to enter onto a successful career path.

The benefits of entering work straight from school include earning a wage while learning and gaining important on the job skills training.

How far up the ladder you climb is determined by you, and how hard you want to work for it?

Here at Finlay Jude Associates we offer excellent career opportunities.
Some of our Water Industry vacancies require no previous experience, you can start as a Noise Logger and work your way right up to being a Leakage Technician, just by applying yourself in the best way possible.

So, to sum up, your exam results are important yes, but they will not define your future – you will!!!
