A recent poll has shown that approximately 14% of people working either hated their job or felt disengaged and unmotivated!!
With the cost-of-living crisis now, understandably, more and more people are taking a job out of necessity, convenience, and salary reasons, rather than being passionate about their job!
But is this good for us? Is it good for our Mental Health!
Taking that risk to pursue something that you feel passionately about may mean taking that pay cut, which again is so difficult now in this current climate.
However, to look forward, surely it is worth taking on a role you are passionate about and in the long run could end up earning more money while also being happy in your role.
