National Vegetarian Week: Is it better for the environment?
Did you know that 6% of the population is currently Vegetarian, with 1.5 million people in the UK following a Vegan diet, and this number is growing!

National Vegetarian week is an annual event dedicated to educating people about the benefits of a meat free diet, and sets you the challenge to become a vegetarian for the week.

While more people are looking to make positive lifestyle changes, diet is one of the main changes people look to make in their life. Vegetarianism can be seen as boring and bland, however with the power of social media, it is now so much easier to find great recipe ideas to help people to make these changes and enjoy new meals that the whole family can enjoy!!

As a Recruitment Company we know just how great social media sites are for advertising our roles and promoting exciting new opportunities.

Environmental Positives:
When choosing to become a vegetarian, some people do not realise the environmental benefits this has.

Did you know that a much higher consumption of Clean Water is used to rear an animal than it is to develop vegetation?

As a company that recruits UK wide within the Water Industry, saving water where we can, is extremely important to us and our team of Leakage Technicians.

Our team here at Finlay Jude are always up for new challenges and we are looking forward to trying this one.

Are you going to take the challenge?
