Tomorrow is World Kindness Day, a day that promotes the importance of being kind to others, yourself, and the world.
The day is celebrated to help everyone understand that kindness can bind us all together, bridge gaps between nations and overcome the divides between politics, race, and religion.
On World Kindness Day people are encouraged to go out of their way to be kind to others, whether it be at home, work, school or just out in public.
It is important to remember that even the simplest act of kindness can create a ripple effect.
In recruitment we see how acts of kindness in the workplace can promote:

Some examples of acts of kindness we have seen here at FJA Ltd include, flowers and chocolates being sent to our consultants to thank them for giving them a Career Opportunity within the Water Industry. Thank you Cards and lovely emails from clients to thank us for all our hard work, this is to name just a few.
The effect this has, is it automatically makes you feel happy, motivated to work even harder and eager to help others – the ripple effect of kindness!!
