World Water Week - "Seeds of Change"
We are halfway through World Water Week with this year’s theme being “Seeds of Change” – Innovative Solutions for a Water Wise World.

World Water Week takes place every year at the end of August, to address the world’s water development & sustainability issues!
It originally began as the Stockholm Water Symposium in 1991 and has continued annually ever since.

Water is essential for human existence and life in general, it is the main constituent of Earths hydrosphere and the fluid of all known living organisms.

Water plays an important role in the world’s economy, and by maintaining effective Water management is essential for the eradication of poverty and is a necessary condition for enabling economic growth that can thrive while people and the environment have access to reliable water supplies.

Society must change its behaviors towards water and nature, creating an era of innovation that leads to more resilience to water-related challenges.

Take the time this week to watch a documentary regarding the Global Water Crisis, climate change, the importance of single use plastic and droughts.

This could inspire you to make small changes in your everyday life when it comes to Water use.

Happy World Water Week
