- FJA are looking to recruit a Site Supervisor – Mechanical and Civils to strengthen their Construction team within the Anglian Water Framework.

- Support the Site Manager in maintaining a safe working environment for everyone involved in the project, including employees, supply chain partners, and visitors.
- You need to ensure that all relevant health, safety, and environmental (HS&E) documents are correctly recorded and reviewed upon receipt to maintain compliance
- Check that all relevant documents, including Method Statements and Work Instructions, accurately describe the work to be carried out to ensure clarity and adherence to project requirements.
- Overseeing the activities on site to maintain quality and safety standard and all activities are following relevant plans / instructions
- Record the progress of the works when required to help track the project's advancement and identifies any deviations from the plan.
- Record all instances of non-conformance and identify improvement opportunities and work with the relevant personnel to agree on corrective actions to address these issues and enhance project performance
- Several years experience of working in the Energy sector.
- Understanding of pipework fabrication, recognising quality welding.
- Experience of punch and snagging pipelines in accordance with Isometric, GA and P&ID drawings.
