Description
FJA are looking to recruit a Site Manager to strengthen their Construction team across their West London region. Based on site you will report to the Regional Construction Manager, and your role will involve leading, directing and coordinating the site team to ensure all projects are ran in line with HSQE, programme and budget requirements.

Site Manager Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all works are undertaken with due regard to the local community and public
  • Manage, supervise and guide the site team as appropriate
  • Implement cost-effective practices and resource management
  • Develop, assess, and update realistic project schedules
  • Ensure thorough preparation, review, and updates of method statements and risk assessments
  • Deliver comprehensive "as constructed" records promptly to comply with Health and Safety File requirements
The successful Site Manager must have:
  • Recognised Civil Engineering/Site Management Qualifications
  • Health, Safety and Environmental Management (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate)
  • CSCS Site Manager (Min)
  • SMSTS 
  • First Aid at Work
  • Experience in the Water/Waste Water Treatment Industry
