- We are recruiting for talented Graduate Water Technicians on behalf of our client, who provide a range of specialist services in the fields of leakage, smart networks, and pipeline management, such as:
- Leakage management
- Water operations, demand / revenue services
- Asset condition assessment
- Corrosion measurement and provision of network monitoring solutions
The Graduate Water Technicians will possess initiative and ambition and want to work in an environment that is challenging and rewarding.
The successful, candidate will be at HND, HNC level or qualified plumbers that would like to further their career within the Water Industry.
We are recruiting in the following areas: Newmarket, Norwich, Ipswich, Lincoln, Grantham, Peterborough, Milton Keynes and Kettering.
About You:

You must be willing to work outdoors, numerical, technical, a good problem solver and have good customer service skills.
Hold a full valid car Driving Licence for use in UK.
The Job:
The role will be site based and involve various technical aspects of managing and maintaining a water network, although you will mainly be focused on Customer Side Leakage (CSL).
You will have access to the latest leak detection technology, and you will be dealing face to face with customers daily, which means that it is imperative that you have good customer service skills.
A full comprehensive training programme will be provided, which will cover all aspects of Customer Side Leakage as well as provide a good knowledge and a practical understanding of all the different types of equipment that you will use to perform the role.
Accreditation the candidate will be put on:
- SHEA (Safety Health & Environmental Awareness) Passport Course
- National Water Hygiene
- New Roads and Street Works Act (Unit 2)
This will be a Full-time position (40 hours per week) with a starting Salary £24,000 per annum.
You will be provided with a commercial vehicle and fuel card for business use only, Uniform and Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
