Site Agent

FJA are looking to hire a Site Agent working for a Highways and Street Maintenance Company working within the Basingstoke area.
 
This role is a temporary position covering a 32 month contract working 45 hours a week between 8am and 16:30pm.
 
Your role as a Site Agent will include:

• Leading the site team including direct and subcontract people.
• Monitoring progress against programmes
• Maintaining diaries and site records
• Carrying out briefings and inductions
• Manging safety performance
• Maintaining and update the site programme
• Liaising with commercial team
• Issuing and responding to formal communications with the client

 
The successful Site Agent candidate must have experience in:

• Working on NEC3 contracts
• Working on highways

 
The successful Site Agent candidate must:

• Be a strong and effective communicator
• Have good planning, organising and prioritising skills
• Have a high level of attention to detail
• Be Flexible and enthusiastic
• Be a Team player
• Be Self motivated
