We are thrilled to announce that Finlay Jude Associates Ltd have been selected as finalists in two categories, ‘Large Business’ and ‘Service Award’ at this year’s Rossendale Business Awards.

The winners will be announced on Wednesday 2nd December, so good luck to every business nominated and we look forward to a virtual evening at Rossendale Business Awards evening.

I would say this is the most important part of being a Recruitment Consultant – speaking with candidates on a regular basis and throughout the whole recruitment process - keeping them informed at every stage.

Find a common ground if you can, be personable and approachable at all times – at the end of the day the candidate is coming to you for help in their search for a new position.

The more the candidate feels valued the more they will be loyal to you – you never know when a candidate may become a client and who are they going to remember!
